Shipping policy
ORDERING
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Holidays and weekends: orders placed during national holidays and weekends will be processed on the next available business day.
In the event our company would experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays would occur, we would communicate these changes with you immediately.
You will receive a confirmation email from our automated system as soon as your credit card is authorized.
Once processed, you will receive tracking information, and your order should arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on the shipping option you chose at the time of checkout.
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order.
Overlover is unable to reroute packages.
Only our third-party delivery service will be able to assist you with any after shipping query.
Shipping charges are calculated by our third-party shipping company and displayed at checkout.
SHIPPING
Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address.
PO Boxes, military addresses and freight forwarder addresses are not accepted by our third-party shipping company.
Overlover reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.
Overlover is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
INTERNATIONAL
Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country.
We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered.
The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs.
Overlover is not responsible for these charges.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (taxes, tariffs, etc.)
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Overlover purchase, we will gladly refund your original form of payment.
Returns are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the order being placed.
Items must be returned undamaged (i.e., without stains, cuts, burns, etc.), unworn (i.e., without smell, not crumpled, etc.), unwashed and with the original tags attached to the garment.
Overlover reserves the right to decline refunds of orders including items that do not meet these conditions.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International orders are eligible for return at the expense of the sender.
We recommend the use of an insured service with tracking capability.

Overlover is not responsible for the refund of any import tax/duty (apart from USA Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items.
Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the USA.
DAMAGES
Overlover is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
